Mom and Son Mini-Session | Round Rock, TX

I had the pleasure of photographing to cutest little boy and his mom a couple of weeks ago.  He was so curious and adventurous!

And even though high noon with harsh sun light on a completely cloudless day is not 'ideal' photography light, I completely embraced it and had an amazing mid-day photo session in Round Rock!  With a gorgeous Mom and cute little boy, who wouldn't want to rock their photo shoot?!

Enjoy this cute Fall Mini-session!

Family Photography Session | Round Rock, TX

Family photos are cherished.  At the time, it may not feel that way.  But in the future, everyone, including your grown-up children, will be glad they were taken.  I remember dreading having family photos taken.  The stress of getting ready, the outfits that were picked out for me as a child, the pressure of making Mom happy and being good to have the pictures turn out nice.  It was an ordeal since at the time, digital wasn't readily used by anyone.  As I look back at all those photos, I'm glad my Mom had them taken.  We might not have been at the height of fashion at the time (or maybe we were and that's how bad 80s fashion was), but those family photos capture a memory.

With that said, I love being able to provide those memories for families in Round Rock today!  Now I get to share those memories with others and capture another's family's love for each other.  Because sometimes, you want the photo of a two year old crying about someone else touching his balloons!

Extended Family Photo Session | Round Rock, TX

When families get together, it's always a fun and interesting time.  Especially when it's extended family.  I was asked by a friend whom I've known since college to photograph her husband's extended family.  One of the family units was moving over seas, and they didn't know when the next time they would all be together again.  Of course,I agreed to it!  What better memories are created with our loved ones than photos!

Next time you see your extended family (even if you they live close to you), give each other a hug and appreciate the fact you can just be together.  Enjoy these wonderful family photos I took in Round Rock.
